The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
The Pomodoro Technique helps you resist all of those self-interruptions and re-train your brains to focus. Each pomodoro is dedicated to one task and each break is a chance to reset and bring your attention back to what you should be working on.

Create a 5-minute stretch routine.
Take a short walk.
Do breathing exercises.
Do a quick 5-minute clean-up.
Make yourself a snack.
Make yourself a drink.
Go outside and soak in the sun.
Create a quick yoga routine.
My experience
I used the pomodoro technique, and start making presentation, and after 25 minutes i took a 5 minutes break , i eat some snacks. Then repeat my work for 4 times and in this 4 prodomos i almost complete my work. Then i took a long break ,make Macroni.
It was so useful technique i didn’t waste my time during working.
